I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The location was great, right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore. The rooms were modern and offered stunning views, but I found them a bit too cold for my comfort. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made my stay so much better. I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, it's in a prime location right in the heart of Umeå! The rooms are beautifully darkened which was perfect for a restful night's sleep, and the staff were incredibly friendly and made my stay feel welcoming. On the downside, while the dining options were well-prepared, I felt there could have been more variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with great value for money!
